Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order be sure it is exactly what you ordered and that it fits properly before using or washing, if the item is incorrect please call customer service at 1-800-897-4996 (local number 1-631-899-2966) for assistance. If you need to fax us for information or cancellations, our fax number is 1-800-897-4996. An alternate fax number is 1-631-899-2991.

Placing Your Order
The easiest and most efficient way to order is by using our shopping cart. Our cart accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can process checks over the phone by calling and placing your order via telephone. Our shopping cart is secure, using the most advanced encryption technology and secure socket layer to make sure your information is protected. To use our shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons. You may view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking "View Cart" in the bar at the top of every page. To complete your order, just click the "Check Out" button on any of our product pages. Please make sure you include a valid email address and/or phone number when placing your order, so that we can contact you with information about the status of your order.
If you do not feel comfortable ordering online, you may place your order by fax, mail, or phone.
Payment

What is the CID?
The CID is the three- or four-digit security code on your American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card. We ask for your CID to verify that the order is being placed by you and to detect any fraudulent use of your card. Locate the CID on your card as shown below: |

How does my CID protect me? Because CIDs are not raised, they are not scanned into standard credit card readers. Effectively, these numbers are visible only to you. When you give your CID to a merchant, you help the merchant verify that the order is being placed by you, the card-holder.
Why do I need my CID when I place and order online? We require you to enter your CID whenever you use a credit card to place an order online. This helps us to detect any fraudulent use of your card — well before your account is charged. This helps to enhance the security of the ordering process. If your CID is missing or invalid, you may receive a call from our Credit Department to verify your order.
I'm using a Procurement Card (p-card). Does my p-card have a CID? Some p-cards do not have a CID. If your card has no CID, just proceed without it by clicking Continue Checkout.
Shipping
What Happens When You Place Your Order: Our business carries stock. In certain circumstances, your order will be processed and sent to the manufacturer within 2 days of the time your order is placed. Some of our merchandise ship direct from the manufacturer by USPS priority mail, Federal Express or UPS ground. Refer to individual product pages for approximate shipping times. Some manufacturers take longer to ship, so shipping times are approximate. Please also allow transit time, which is usually 3-7 days by UPS ground. Remember to allow more time if you are sending a check or money order. Some items may be backordered or out of stock. In this case, you will be notified and given the option of waiting for your order, receiving a full refund, or choosing a different product. Backordered items, special order items and custom-made items may take 6-12 weeks to receive.
During peak periods and holidays (specifically the Christmas shopping season), your order may require longer to process and ship. You will be kept informed regarding any delays in shipment.
Shipping times vary for each manufacturer. Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the continental United States. Large orders, items which are oversized or shipped via U.S. Mail, overseas shipments, Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Military addresses & P.O. Boxes may incur additional shipping costs depending on weight of package and can take longer to arrive once shipped. Overseas shipping can take 4 to 10 weeks for delivery depending on method of shipping once shipped. Not all items are available for U.S. Mail shipping. Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee. Signature required option is available for UPS shipments upon request only.
Custom order shipping times are listed on each product listing. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. Backordered items may take 6-12 weeks to ship.

Standard Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges are added to your order based on the total dollar amount of the merchandise you order. These charges include the cost of shipping your order via USPS or UPS and costs of handling and preparing the products to be delivered to you safely and in good condition. Returns / Credits
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the item will either replaced or a refund will be issued per our return policy (minus shipping and handling and restocking fee if applicable) within 15 days of receipt of your order. "This policy does not apply to all items". See "Satin Bedding" for information on satin items. All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original resalable condition and not to have been used, washed or damaged in any way unless defective. Items which have been received by the customer after 15 days are subject to the manufacturer's return policies for that specific item. Some items may not be returnable or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, items listed as "Discontinued" or "Limited Availability" are non-returnable.
Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address and all returns must be issued a return authorization. We suggest that all returns be insured and shipped with a company that offers delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be issued as a result of loss or damage by the shipper. Should this issue arise, customer is responsible for filing a claim of loss with their shipping company. Returns received used or without original packaging per Linens 4 You policy will not be accepted unless defective. Please email customer service direct at returns@linens4you.com prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. All velvet items, hand crafted quilts, special order bed skirts, special order canopy tops, special order bedspreads, special order sheet sets, Italian Linens, canvas & vinyl futon bedding, vinyl bean bags-chairs, and "Special Order" items are non returnable. Sheet sets not defective, feather bedding, fiber beds and Goose Down items are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in. Silk bedding not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in.

Refunds or credits are normally issued within 4 to 10 business days of receipt of return or after inspection of item if required. Upon receipt of any return, customer may be charged an additional amount for re-shipping package back to customer if item returned has been used, damaged, washed or is a non-returnable item per Linens 4 You policy. IMPORTANT NOTE: If your product shipped “free” due to a promotion, you will still be liable for outbound and return shipping charges.
Sheepskins, Fiber, Feather & Goose Down Bedding
Sheepskins, 100% Goose Down bedding, Feather and Fiber bed bedding, all goose and feather filled pillows are returnable within 7 days of receipt only if not removed from the package it was shipped in. Please call for return authorization prior to returning.
Silk & Satin Bedding, Silk Charmeuse, Silk Habutai, Bridal Satin, Polyester Woven Satin, Polyester Knit Satin, Silk & Satin items may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt only if not removed from its package and are in original resalable condition and are not special ordered in size or color. All Bridal Satin items and special order satin items are non-returnable. Bridal Satin sheets and duvet covers are professionally center seamed, Bridal Satin items will wrinkle and can be ironed. Bridal Satin is a sleek woven fiber for that special look and feel one associates with fine satin bedding. It is called Bridal Satin because it is used by many bridal gown manufacturers for this very purpose. Bridal Satin is machine washable. The densely woven satin fabric is both very elegant and machine washable, if treated with proper care, it will last for a long time. Silk & Bridal Satins should be washed by itself on a gentle cycle, cold water setting, please do not, under any circumstances, use hot water, heat is an enemy of Silks & Acetate Bridal Satin for both washing and drying, also, do not use any type of bleach, fabric softer is not necessary, Woolite preferred. When finished washing, promptly remove to avoid unnecessary wrinkles, line-dry, or use a cloths dryer set to "Fluff No Heat". When dry-to-the-touch promptly remove to your bed or loosely roll up for storage, if desired for that fantastic smooth satin look, touch up any stubborn wrinkles on the reverse side with a clean steam iron set to the lowest steam setting recommend by your iron for satin, do not use iron on silk. Dry Clean any of our silk or satin comforters due to their bulk, home machine washing though possible, is not recommend for our comforters. To extend the life of any silk or satin bedding we suggest rotating sheet sets frequently so that one set is not abnormally worn due to continual usage. Specialty Linens and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage.
Special Order/Custom Order Items
All products which are "Special Order" or "Custom Order" are NON-RETURNABLE. Some items once placed on order are NON-CANCELLABLE. Special Order or Custom Order items may include bedding, linens, canopy tops, and window treatments. All Italian Linens and special sized Bridal quality satin items are non-returnable. Please contact our Customer Service department to inquire about our Special Order/Custom Order merchandise. Refunds or credits will not be issued on special order items. If you receive a special order item and it is the wrong color, wrong size, damaged or is defective, the item will be repaired if necessary or replaced at no cost to you. Some special orders may take 12 weeks before shipping. Please call or e-mail customer service if you have any questions on "Special Order" or "Custom Order" or non-returnable items.
Damages/Exchanges/Replacements/Defects/Claims/Warranties
All items are warranted for 10 days from date of receipt by customer. Items for exchange must be issued an exchange number and items must be in original resalable condition and not to have been used or washed per Linens 4 You policy. Returnable items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged, defective items which are non-returnable will be replaced only. Customer is responsible for return of defective item per Linens 4 You return policies. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items under warranty which are claimed to be defective and items for exchange must be issued a return authorization number and return instructions by Linens 4 You. Wrinkling of fabrics may be common for most 100% cotton, Silk and Bridal Quality Satin materials. Linens 4 You and its manufacturers are not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, mistreatment, damages due to washing and shredded or worn fabrics in areas of usage. A Note about Tobacco Smoke
Tobacco smoke readily enters the fibers of quilts and other textiles, causing them to smell of smoke, and possibly causing discoloration and weakening of fibers. If you intend to return one of our products, please do not keep the product in an area where it is likely to come into contact with smoke (the plastic bags and boxes will not protect a product from smoke infiltration). Non defective products which are returned to us smelling of tobacco smoke will be shipped back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued for these products.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping of order by email or fax only. Please fax your cancellation to 1-800-897-4996. An alternate fax number is 1-631-899-2991. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be canceled due to the nature of the item or shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s) per Linens 4 You return policy. Some Special order items are NON-CANCELLABLE due to their nature and some Special orders, Custom orders and Italian Linens may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee after 5 days of ordering or if order was already in production. Shipping Status

If your order is past the Standard Delivery Date and you have not received it, please contact Customer Care within 20 days from the ship date. Tracking information is available on most orders by logging into Your Account.
- If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage, or sometimes behind bushes.
- Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be tracked and may take up to 20 business days to arrive.
If there is no tracking information, or you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 15 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.
Backorders / Product Delays & Out of Stock Items
Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped directly to Linens 4 You or its customers. Linens 4 You may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Catalogs / Fabric Swatches
Sorry, we do not offer printed catalogs. Although we do not offer fabric swatches for most items there are only a few products that we do offer swatches for, those fabrics which we do offer swatches for we cannot guarantee that if a fabric swatch is sent that the swatch received will match an item ordered of the same material. Please call customer service if you have any questions on our product colors.
Product Colors
Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered, we also cannot guarantee that if a fabric swatch is sent that the swatch received will match an item ordered of the same material. Please call customer service if you have any questions on our product colors.
Product Sizes
All finished sizes for products advertised are based on information provided by the manufacturer of the item, sizes may vary slightly depending on conditions during manufacturing, production, material content and washing. Linens 4 You and its manufacturers are not responsible for shrinkage of material.
Payment We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover for credit card payments. Cashier checks, money orders, echecks and personal checks via U.S. mail are accepted for mail-in orders, personal checks may delay order processing 10 to 14 days to allow for check clearance. Credit and debit cards will be authorized upon receipt of order and charged at time of shipping or if shipment is imminent, some secured credit cards or debit card bank issuers may withhold funds upon authorization by Linens 4 You.
When Will I Be Charged? Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. This means that, in the case of backordered or special order products, your card may be charged 6-12 weeks before your order actually ships. If you have paid by PayPal, the money transfers immediately.

For each visitor to our store, our web server does not automatically recognize or capture any information regarding our customers domain or e-mail address. We collect information volunteered by the customer only. We do not sell or make the customers e-mail address, billing or shipping address and telephone number of our customers available to any outside organization.
