Shipping: Freght charges are $3 regardless of order size. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and only to the 48 continental United States. We can only ship USPS (US mail) to PO boxes. Most of our items are processed and shipped either the same or next business day (we are closed Sat. & Sun.) However, due to factors such as unexpectedly high demand for a product, vendor availability or delivery delay, we occasionally may not be able to ship an order within this time frame. We will notify you promptly if there is a delay or if we need to cancel your order.

Shipping Transit Time:Orders UNDER 2 pounds with ground shipping are sent USPS Priority Mail with 3 days transit time nationwide. Orders OVER 2 pounds are shipped UPS.

The following map shows the approximate number of days to receive a UPS ground shipment from the day it is shipped. The days do NOT include Saturday or Sunday. An order to Florida which shipped on a Monday should arrive by the following Monday.
(Seasonal Note: Delivery companies usually experience shipping delays Dec 12 -Dec 30.)

Sales Tax (CA shipping addresses only): Since we are based in California we are required to either obtain a resale certificate or charge California sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California.

Returns:
Defective Merchandise: Items which are defective in the first 30 days can be returned for a full refund or exchange by requesting a Return Authorization. We will send you a return service tag to attach to the box. Some manufacturers request that we refer ALL defective merchandise directly to them even during the first 30 days. Items which are defective after continued use are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Stock Returns: All unused merchandise (in original packaging and in resellable condition) is returnable for 30 days. You ship the product back to us and we refund you the original price (and tax if any), but the freight is not refundable.

International Orders: We do not currently accept international orders.

Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Hogwild shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
